For Pre-Schools, Primary Schools & Special Needs Schools

An equitherapy programme built to run alongside your school term.

Horse Worx partners with nursery schools, pre-primary schools, primary schools and schools for children with learning disabilities to bring sensory integration therapy to your learners — from single referrals to whole-grade programmes.

Why schools choose Horse Worx

A therapy partner that fits into how schools already work

Complements existing support

Designed to sit alongside OT, speech therapy and remedial programmes already in place at your school — not replace them.

Builds school readiness for every learner

Equitherapy isn’t only remedial — typically-developing learners get a real school-readiness boost too (motor skills, focus, following instructions, confidence), which is why it works well as a whole-grade programme rather than a support measure for a handful of referred learners.

How enrolment works

A simple way to bring equitherapy to your whole school

Most schools set this up as a school programme — one agreement, one invoice, and a therapeutic offering the whole school can point to. A lighter, individual option is also available for families who'd rather start there.

Individual Learner Agreement

Prefer to start smaller, or is this just for one or two learners for now? A parent or guardian can sign directly with the Horse Worx franchisee instead, with billing handled between the family and the centre. Many schools begin here and move to a school programme once more learners are referred.

  • No commitment needed from the school's budget
  • Quick to set up for a single learner
  • Can convert to a school programme later at any time
Note for school administrators: whichever option you choose, every learner requires a signed indemnity/liability waiver before participating, given the physical nature of working with horses. See our indemnity form for details.

Learning Support Units

A complementary therapy option for remedial and learning-support departments.
